Beeswing Court

You know, I just love the name of this street – Beeswing Court. I drive by it every day, and it always makes me smile. Which made working on this home just that much more fun. There are three parts to this small project. The first was a shed dormer addition, to open up a cramped office space and add light.

The second part of the project was getting more light into the living room – we talked about a number of ways to get that done, but in the end, the best solution was simply adding a row of transom window to the existing wall.

The third part of this project was adding a third garage bay. Many houses in this neighborhood don’t have room to add more garage space, but it was easy on this site!
